Ideal Qualifications/Skills:


  • 2 to 3 years of event or project coordination experience is required 
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft Office products: MS Word (basic skills and mail merge abilities), Excel (create and maintain spreadsheets, create formulas), Outlook (intermediate) and Access (basic)
  • Must be comfortable handling high call volumes and heavy workloads on a regular and consistent basis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to handle and resolve difficult customer situations with calmness and composure 
  • Excellent organizational skills and prioritization skills are a must
  • Must be a self-starter and highly motivated to complete tasks at hand

We are a rapidly-growing, world-wide ministry based in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a highly experienced and successful International Event Coordinator to support our mission of bringing the Good News of Jesus to the Jew first and also to the nations around the world, touching them through missions, education, humanitarian aid and other programs. Our message reaches millions each week through a variety of media (Electronic, Web, Television, Print, etc.) as well as extensive personal interaction in many corners of the world.


The International Event Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to coordinate all participant-related U.S. aspects of International Outreach Events conducted by Jewish Voice Ministries International.  This includes registration, correspondence, recruiting and follow-up with participants. 


Job Duties:


  • Assist Outreach Recruiter with recruiting of medical professionals and participants for each outreach
  • Set up, maintain and report on registration site and details pertaining to each outreach
  • Document processes, procedures and any changes that impact participants or medical professionals
  • Enter all participant information into the database of record
  • Gather and compile medical credentials and other required documentation as needed for each outreach
  • Manage participant care and follow up before, during and after outreach events
  • Operate as main point of contact for all participants and medical professionals in relation to the international outreach
  • Maintain complete and current records for all events
  • Create, distribute and update all participant packets, informational guides and follow up materials
  • Manage all phone calls, emails and inquiries related to the international outreach events
  • Attend all meetings and discussions pertaining to the execution of the outreach
  • Coordinate and manage US related registration and communication with participants
  • Provide timely reports to Event Manager, Field Operations Manager and Logistics Manager to include participant and medical professional statistics and updates
  • Manage post event follow up, including thank you correspondence, surveys, communication and other tasks related to the post-event process
