Position: Territory Sales Manager- Pharmaceutical Sales


We are hiring a territory sales manager for the Charlottesville, VA territory for our client Centurion Labs, LLC. This position will develop relationships with doctors and pharmacies in the area in order to sell our client's products. Once established, this person will hire a train other reps to increase product awareness in the area. Our client specializes in cold and cough, joint support, women’s health, gastrointestinal and analgesics products. A heart to serve, develop relationships and impact the community are what we are looking for!

Position Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Desire to Build relationships with doctors and pharmacies within the geographical footprint
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Residence within current geography or willingness to relocate required
  • Ability to work independently to establish sales/ relationships within the given territory


  • Base Pay: $36,000
  • Year 1: $36,000-$45,000 (Base plus Commission)
  • Year 2: $40,000-$60,000 (Base plus Commission)
  • Year 3: $50,000-$70,000 (Base plus Commission)
