We are a small manufacturing company that specializes in machined / manufactured goods. We average 15-20 employees at any given time. Candidate to possess professional, proficient skills in all areas of office management. Including, but not limited to the following. Payroll (phone in), phone skills and courtesy, shipping and all related paperwork as per each customer requirements, billing, A/R follow-ups, good human relations including employees, customers and sales people. QuickBooks experience is a MUST. Knowledge of JobBoss software would be helpful, but is easy to learn. Must be neat and organized. Semi-casual attire. Must leave all personal matters at home. While at work we require 100% attention to business details. This is what our customers require. We offer a clean, friendly working environment with Christian values all around. The hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Paid holidays, vacation days and medical & dental insurance to employee. Dependents insurance is the responsibility of the employee.
