Communication Institute

Communication Institute (CI) is the administrative office that serves the European Leadership Forum (Forum). The Forum exists to unite, mentor, and resource Europe’s evangelical leaders. This happens first at the Forum’s annual, May meeting in Wisla, Poland. This year’s Forum was attended by close to 600 individuals from over 40 countries. As a result of it, we expect more than 300 seminars, leadership training events, and public lectures to occur across the European continent over the course of the next year. Overall Responsibilities

The IT and Media Coordinator will develop and disperse CI’s audio and video resources to the international evangelical community.  In addition, he or she will maintain and develop CI’s web-based resources, as well as CI’s internal workflow and contact management systems. Finally, the IT and Media Coordinator will also provide in-house technical support and manage CI’s relationship with outside IT and web-related vendors.  



  • Undergraduate degree in any field
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Flexible team player
  • Video-editing experience (professional or otherwise) using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premium Production Suite
  • Event audio and video production experience
  • Web-development experience preferred
  • IT-troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Database experience preferred
Terms and Compensation

The IT and Media Coordinator position will be a full-time role. Starting compensation will be based on skill level and experience. 



All CI employees travel to the Forum in Europe (at CI’s expense) each May to administrate the Forum. Following the Forum, all employees are given a week of paid vacation during which they are encouraged to tour Europe (at their own expense). In addition, all full-time employees start out with two additional weeks of paid vacation, along with nine paid holidays. CI also offers health benefits to full-time employees, beginning their second year of employment.
