Communication Institute (CI) is the administrative office that serves the European Leadership Forum (Forum). The Forum exists to unite, mentor, and resource Europe’s evangelical leaders. This happens first at the Forum’s annual, May meeting in Wisla, Poland.
This year’s Forum was attended by close to 600 individuals from over 40 countries. As a result of it, we expect more than 300 seminars, leadership training events, and public lectures to occur across the European continent over the course of the next year.

The Forum Initiatives Coordinator will administrate all official spin-off events of the European Leadership Forum. Amongst other things, this includes administrating smaller conferences of 15 – 20 people each (such as the Cambridge Scholars Network and the
Leadership Development Initiative), organizing speaking events throughout Europe and assisting in the creation of the Forum Speakers Bureau (a database that Forum participants can access in order to determine which Forum Speakers can be used to address needs
in their home countries). As part of this role, the Forum Initiatives Coordinator will have the opportunity to help evaluate and improve existing initiatives, as well as propose new strategies.
- Undergraduate degree in any field
- Resourceful and self-motivated
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Warm and clear in written communication
- Flexible team player
- Experience with project/event management
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Cross-cultural experience preferred
Terms and Compensation
The Forum Initiatives Coordinator position will be a full-time role. Starting compensation will be based on skill level and experience.
All CI employees travel to the Forum in Europe (at CI’s expense) each May to administrate the Forum. Following the Forum, all employees are given a week of paid vacation during which they are encouraged to tour Europe (at their own expense). In addition,
all full-time employees start out with two additional weeks of paid vacation, along with nine paid holidays. CI also offers health benefits to full-time employees, beginning their second year of employment.
