(at-risk) teen boys, where we help them rebuild their lives and relationships. Safe Harbor is seeking
mature single males or married couples who have boating/sailing experience or those who are adventurous, teachable, not easily offended, in other words those who are mature in the faith. Alll staff and boys live aboard their own vessel or
one owned by the ministry, staff quarters are separate from residents. We ask that our staff be mature with great communication skills and be especially willing to listen and talk about issues that arise with the students, themselves, and their superiors.
Staff need to have a heart for this kind of ministry, to provide the tough love and support the students need while maintaining the discipline and accountability required. Staff provide supervision and ensure the boys safety during their time on duty. Boys
attend on campus high school program four days per week. Seeking at least one individual with food service experience (food preparation, menu planning, purchasing, etc.)
Staff live on campus in one of the program's vessels OR their own vessel or RV. Work schedules guarantee time for rest and training with 4 on/3 off. All staff required to rotate through day and night shifts during training period and to fill in if needed.
