Patrick Henry Family Services, operating from nine communities in South Central VA, is actively seeking a professional and effective leader for the position of Director of Administration which oversees accounting, human resources, office support, data
management, IT, and project administration. We are looking for a person with high personal and professional integrity that can help our organization grow and expand. This person must have a Master’s Degree or equivalent experience, possess strong leadership
and management skills, relate well with all kinds of people, and have a positive and energetic personality. Patrick Henry Family services is non-profit, non-sectarian Christian organization operating seven group homes, three counseling centers, a camp and
conference ministry, an equine and other outreach programs. The mission of PHFS is to offer a continuum of services to children and families that will keep families together and children safe and successful. Local travel, some evenings and weekends, and participation
in a variety of organizational activities are expected. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and provides leadership and supervision of a small but dedicated staff. A competitive salary, plus full benefits of health insurance, paid holidays
