Job Description:
Rescue Mission Alliance’s San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission is seeking a Family Shelter Program Manager to provide leadership, direction and management to the Mission’s Emergency Family Shelter Program. Provide Life Skills Training for Clients, maintain good relations with referring agencies and homeless service providers, supervise the Shelter staff, generate monthly client statistics. Must have a solid Bible-based Christian faith, BA plus 2-3 years experience with homeless services/case management, proven ability to lead, a heart for the homeless, strong administrative ability, proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. Substance abuse experience, bi-lingual skills a plus. Flexible hours, some evenings required. Send resume with salary history to rtapia@erescuemission.org.
