Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is looking for a talented Administrative Assistant with a passion for impacting the mission field to be part of our dynamic team. Strong organizational, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills are
essential, as well as a passion for learning and serving; and a firm understanding of English grammar and structure.
This position reports to an International Regional Director and provides support to four (4) Regional Directors, four (4) Regional Managers and 25 International Field Representatives (contractors) for two regions: South and East Asia, and Russia,
Eastern Europe and Central Asia (RECA).
Responsibilities include assisting with general correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, arranging travel details, filing expense reports, and compiling and editing a variety of reports. Ability to maintain confidentiality required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. This position requires fluency in English. At least two years of experience in a professional, administrative capacity is strongly preferred.
A working knowledge of a Slavic or an Asian language, and experience working in another country or with Internationals is desired.
