A full time position is available with a Christian financial services company located in Huntingdon Valley, Pa. We have experienced steady growth over the past several years and are ready to welcome the addition of another enrollment specialist to our team. The position involves, in part, presenting worksite products on a one to one basis or a small group setting. It also entails assisting in the service of new and existing business; however responsibilities will be primarily to acquire new business via group enrollments and handling prospective clients who call in to the office. Marketing duties are available for someone who has skills in that area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a very supportive Christian atmosphere, with the ability to help clients prepare for their future as a trusted consultant.
Overnight travel is expected to be approximately 3 nights per week, 2-3 weeks per month. We travel as a team with expenses paid by the company. When not traveling, work is performed out of the Huntingdon Valley, Pa office.
Prior office/business experience helpful but not required. The posted educational requirement is Associates Degree, however, honesty, work ethic, character and/or work experience can be substituted for formal degree. We prefer to educate prospective clients vs. "sell" them. For that reason, although an outgoing personality is needed, sales experience is NOT needed. We are seeking someone with character, integrity, work ethic, and a willingness to learn - the rest can be taught. Compensation: salary and commission. Health insurance, Vacation/Sick days, 401 (k) with corporate match.
