CRM is an international evangelical Christian non-profit, headquartered in Anaheim. CRM’s mission is to develop and empower leaders to strengthen and multiply churches worldwide.
The primary role for this position is to provide administrative support for the Executive Vice President of Operations and Development, and partial support to the President.
This position will require the flexibility and adaptability to support the EVP and President with their work with the CRM board and Executive Team, the CST management group, field staff, and donors across the US. Including:
•Secure and confirm appointments with donors
•Maintain donor database.
•Plan and coordinate donor vision trips and other major events, including all travel arrangements.
•Manage update Calendars
•Managing/coordinating EVP’s & President schedules and appointments
•Completing EVP’s monthly expense reports; tracking corporate credit card use
•General office duties/administrative support such as typing, collating, copying, correspondence, writing/editing/proof-reading, running errands, taking calls/messages, hosting/catering meetings
•Take on other assignments as directed by EVP, VP of Ministry to Donors, President, or Field Reps
•Help with personal blog, Facebook, Linkedin enhancements
•Oversee and carry out any meetings, conferences, or special events that fall under the President’s purview
•Cultivate and help maintain relationships and communication between the President and major donors, those he supervises and/or the Executive Team, all CRM staff, and others with whom the president must relate.
•Coordinate and host CRM Board meetings and functions
•Maintain regular communication between the President and the Board including the Chairperson(s) and the various committee chairs
•Provide administrative support needed by the leadership of the CRM Board
Salary is based on the applicant's experience and the salary scale for non profit organizations in Orange County.
