*1. In cooperation with the Personnel Department translate applications, correspondence, job descriptions, and other documents as needed for Spanish-speaking missionary candidates.
*2. In cooperation with the Executive Assistant to the President, translate documents from English to Spanish as needed. Assist Partnership Assistant to translate Spanish prayer letters into English, as needed.
*3. Assist Ministry Department with obtaining ministry reports from Spanish speaking missionaries and translating them from Spanish to English. Provide copies of reports to the Director and the specific International Cooridnators/Specialists.
*4. Organize and maintain Departmental files and documents. Maintain the Director’s address database.
*5. Answer all incoming phone calls in the absence of the Director in addition to emails, faxes, and posts from the webpage that need to be completed in a suitable timeframe.
*6. Make phone calls to donors and missionaries as requested by the Director.
*7. Assist with writing, printing, and mailing of the Director’s quarterly newsletter and other mailings. Write thank you letters to donors and missionaries, as needed.
*8. Translate from English to Spanish the “Up-to-the-Minute” prayer request monthly publication and the “Inside Scoop” bi-monthly publication.
*9. Maintain data on Spanish website by reviewing new posts to the web by Personnel, ensuring accuracy of Spanish grammar, and translating and posting the monthly Enews.
*10. Produce documents, briefings papers, reports and presentations in English or Spanish.
*11. Organize and attend department meetings, assisting the Director to be well prepared.
*12. Arrange travel and accommodations for Director and other Department personnel, as needed.
13. Other duties as assigned.
