Job Description:
Rescue Mission Alliance, a Nonprofit Organization is seeking a devout leader to serve as a Program Manager for the Victor Valley Rescue Mission a for their Christian men’s recovery program. Responsibilities include working with the Director to provide leadership, direction and management of the recovery/discipleship program. Oversees, supervises and disciples program men, volunteers and staff.


Administrates and coordinates recovery program and maintains teaching schedule and counseling caseload. Responsible for the appearance of the Ranch property, including buildings and vehicles, ensuring their cleanliness and order. Develops bible studies and course work for all phases of the program. Ensures facilities and equipment are well maintained. Must be a devout Christian with exemplary character and a proven ability to lead, initiate, problem-solve, disciple, and pray for clients.


Associates’ Degree plus 3-5 years ministry and drug/alcohol counseling desired.Strong writing, computer and administrative skills required. Mechanical abilities a plus.
