Group has a full time opening for a Training Events Support Coordinator on our Sales Team. Responsibilities include customer service, coordination of logistics for events, scheduling, contracts and payments, packing boxes and configuring
point of sale for events. Excellent customer service and people skills are required. The ideal candidate must have strong phone skills, written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to create and implement
process efficiencies. They must be technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and embrace software, web apps, social media and computer based processes. Applicant must be a solutions oriented self-starter, able to thrive in a fast paced environment
managing multiple projects with set deadlines, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Experience in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook necessary, with familiarity with Oracle a plus. Candidate must also be physically able to lift 30
pounds and willing to sort, pack and cart event materials for shipping. A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or administrative assistance required. Experience working with and coordinating volunteers, along with familiarity with church ministry
and some knowledge of denominational differences desired. Occasional travel and weekend work possible.
