Job Description:

Bookkeeping Tasks:  Perform QuickBooks Data Entry, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations; Adjusting Journal Entries for Depreciation, etc.; Must be familiar with QuickBooks; 10 key by touch; Microsoft Windows Office Suite Literate.


Management Tasks:  Prepare Employee Work Schedule and manage & assign work flow for 2 clerical employees;  Post Employee Time Reports to the Client Time Reports to prepare a Client Profit Analysis Report.
