SUMMARY: Responsible for directing the daily and long range efforts of a radio station group in this significant Salem market. Includes aggressive, proactive local
direct spot and long-form program sales; creative positioning of the station locally for increased audience share; building relationships with community religious and business leadership; and partnering with national ministry clients towards improved financial
performance. Oversee local engineering, administrative, human resources and promotions departments. Qualified candidates must have demonstrated ability to exceed financial/budget goals; hire, train and motivate key talent (particularly sales); and protect/enhance
the station's FCC license.
