Payroll/Accounting Clerk
Lancaster Bible College & Graduate School is seeking a Payroll/Accounting Clerk to support the Director and Assistant Director of Finance in various aspects of the Business Office and assist the Director of People Development and Human Resources. Primary responsibilities will be processing semi-monthly payroll, utilizing in-house payroll system. Payroll functions will include calculating time cards, creating and maintaining various spreadsheets, and will be responsible for running reports generated from the payroll program. Other accounting-related duties will be included. Minimum two (2) years of accounting experience is required. Must have experience in running payroll and be familiar with federal, state and local wage and hour laws.


Experienced in running payroll & other accounting functions such as credit & collections. Familiarity with HR & payroll related regulations preferred.


Must be proficient in Excel and other MS Office Applications, must have knowledge of wage & hour laws, ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. Must possess excellent verbal communication skills. Must be a detail-oriented and well-organized individual. Dental Insurance: Yes
