Job Description:
We are now looking to hire two full time Property Managers. We are a small property management company that manages residential properties through out Orange County, California and surrounding areas. For this position, we are looking for a licensed real estate agent, to join out team to manage a portfolio of single family residences.

This position REQUIRES the candidate have:
2. A current California Driver’s license.
3. Reliable transportation.
4. The candidate must currently live in or around the Orange County area.
5. The candidate must be available to work Monday through Saturday.
6. Available to start immediately.

This is a salaried position that will pay a base salary of $30K - $40K per year. It also pays other incentives such as bonuses and commissions for bringing in new management accounts. We expect that the commissions and bonuses should range from an additional $5,000 - $15,000 per year. However, this depends completely on the ability of the candidate. We also allow property managers to represent buyers and sellers of real estate if they choose to do so. We provide medical and dental benefits as well as a generous allotment of paid time off.
