This is a field-based out of office position requiring travel to communities in the Pandhandle of Texas to recruit and train committee members; plans, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates all fund raising efforts and activities in each town in order to reach fund raising goals; conducts annual audits of each town and services; conducts quarterly visits of each center/unit; performs public speaking for community service groups and works to build effective working relationships with the community leaders.

Minimum Education Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Two years experience providing leadership in a community service environment, OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Must live or willing to relocate out to the Panhandle of Texas (ex. Lubbock, Amarillo, etc).
Valid State Drivers License.
