Job Description:

The Finance team is in search of a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position’s responsibility includes lockbox processing, applying customer receipts, processing credit cards and managing cash from internal sources as well as providing excellent customer service through phone and email. The ideal candidate will have a two year Accounting degree and three to five years of accounts receivable experience. The position requires exceptional computer skills, including Excel, Word and ten-key by touch is a must. Prior experience with Oracle software and Accounts Payable is a plus. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be an effective team player, possess exemplary customer service and communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task while meeting daily deadlines in a medium to high volume phone environment.
