The perfect candidate for this position is a strong leader with the ability to lead 3-5 sellers in local direct spot marketing campaigns. Candidate must be able to recruit, train & motivate exceptional talent toward the end goal of exceeding station financial/budget
goals. The key to this position is to be a trainer/coach who is effective at improving sales, to lead and motivate in such a way as to open new avenues of opportunity for your sales team.
