The Human Resources team is in search of a part-time Benefits Representative (30 hours per week). This position will involve managing our benefit programs which includes coordinating, administering and evaluating our benefit insurance plans,
working with insurance vendors, assisting staff with benefit questions, conducting benefit research, managing our wellness program, managing workers’ compensation and our leave of absence program. The candidate must be a self-starter, flexible, able to handle
multiple projects, detail oriented, customer focused and have excellent verbal/written communication skills.

The candidate must also have a minimum of 4 years experience working with benefit administration as well as have a working knowledge of benefit law, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have experience with online
open enrollment including software. A Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent experience is required and HR Generalist experience is a plus.
