Workplace Chaplain –  Lexington, KY


Do you have a heart for reaching the Hispanic community with the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ? We are currently seeking local applicants to hire as a chaplain to serve employees at a company in Lexington, KY. This is a paid “part-time” (with the potential to grow) position as well as being on-call 24/7 to all employees.

Basic requirements for this opening in Lexington:

  • A degree in Biblical studies from an accredited on-site college or university
  • A minimum of 7 years secular workplace experience  
  • Must currently reside in the Lexington area
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Must resonate with our mission statement


Corporate Chaplains of America ( is a chaplaincy organization serving employees in the workplace across America. We employ chaplains who combine workplace experience with professional chaplaincy training. Our chaplains make weekly visits to the worksite. The goal is to make a personal contact with each employee, ministering to their needs and providing encouragement.
