Director of Finance and Administration

Needed:  A relational team leader with great faith, organizational skills and ministry finance experience.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc., (RHM) is a fast-growing, 20-year old, non-profit ministry organization, focused on reaching the lost with the Good News of Jesus Christ.  RHM is actively and prayerfully recruiting to fill the Director of Finance and Administration position.

This position is responsible to manage and maintain the financial health and integrity of Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc., by following all ECFA standards and generally accepted accounting practices; to oversee personnel policies, benefits and regulatory compliance; and, to provide leadership in the daily administration of the RHM Headquarters.  This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting:  Oversee the bookkeeper; maintain payroll; manage budgets; insure accuracy of all accounting information.
2.  Analysis:  Provide accurate analysis of ministry spending, growth, trends and budgets.
3. Operations:   Provide leadership to the day-to-day Headquarters operations.
4. Administration:  Analyze spending; oversee payment of invoices; maintain inventory of all assets; direct audit preparation.
5. Compliance:  Ensure that all ECFA standards, IRS laws, state laws, local laws, and Generally Accepted Accounting Practices are being followed.
6. Human Resources:  Research and direct compliance with labor regulations; research and manage employee benefit programs; advise senior management regarding personnel issues.

Must Have:

• A mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and the strong, prayerful faith needed for a faith ministry.
• Qualifying experience in nonprofit or ministry organizations.
• A strong grasp of accounting.
• The ability to not only provide good numbers, but to report what the numbers mean.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• 4 year degree.
• A passion to invest their life and talent in bringing people to Jesus.
