Boone, NC - Seeking experienced Web Developer to work with Operation Christmas Child providing front- and back-end programming and database management for digital media projects. Includes maintenance of existing website
functions, development of future capabilities on our sites, and providing coding/programming support to handle daily changes of content requiring database or back-end input and development within a content management system. In addition to being a great developer

As an extension of the Samaritan's Purse corporate Communication Department, this position will be part of a team that provides the digital media needs of Operation Christmas Child—the shoe box gift project of Samaritan's Purse.
Your work will include development of email marketing pieces, micro sites, extranets, campaign landing pages, live streaming video players, and beyond. You will work with designers, writers, marketing and social media experts, and video producers to craft
cutting edge digital media web content that represents the dynamic work of the ministry.
Also requires experience in developing applications for mobile and social media platforms. Applicant needs the ability to develop for and integrate with diverse platforms. Development environments include .NET and PHP (under Apache) in Microsoft and Linux Cloud
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science or related area of study preferred; at least 3 years experience working to develop, program and launch corporate websites; or equivalent combination of education and experience and 12 credit hours of college-level
Biblical studies is preferred. Please provide a list of web sites you have worked on including a description of your responsibilities in building the sites.
You must also maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Him in word and deed.
