ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Assists in configuration, installation and support for desktop applications; 2. Assists in creation of, maintenance of, and audit of user profiles, machine builds; schedules and verifies backups, restores, and software patches;
3. Maintains, supports and configures NEC IPX, phones, voicemail and user stations. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Thorough knowledge of PC hardware and software applications and utilities; Microsoft Networks and Exchange experience required. 2. Phone System wiring
and voicemail user support. 3. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically diagnose and resolve technical issues. 4. Administer help desk software. 5. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. 6. Prepare
activity reports. 7. Stay current with system information, changes and updates. 8. Assist with daily help desk tasks & monitor progress to ensure timely completion. 9. Reliable, dependable, honest, professional, accountable. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: 1.
BA/BS in related field 2. MS certifications 3. 3 yrs minimum ongoing experience in desktop user-support for Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2003/2007/2010 4. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to communicate effectively, get along well
with co-workers, and deal effectively and professionally with colleagues. 6. Work Environment - Some lifting (up to 50 lbs), adhering to proper lifting techniques, some use of personal vehicle needed. LIFESTYLE STANDARDS: Recognize, understand, and agree to
