WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: This is an “in office” sales position requiring someone who is able to expand our client base by generating new leads, maintaining the existing client base and by researching new and creative ways of reaching our market. This person MUST be able to operate throughout Microsoft Office (word, excel, publisher, Outlook) and have the ability to communicate effectively and timely via phone and email. The position involves constant communication through telephone, email, print marketing and personal interaction with clients. The position requires domestic travel to visit clients and to attend conventions across the country. We want someone who can present themselves professionally through the phone, email and in person. Our primary client base is teachers, administrators and students of private Christian schools.



  • Person to person selling abilities
  • The ability to multi-task
  • This position requires a minimum office time of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm from our corporate office
  • Travel (Domestic and international) (30 to 50 days a year)
  • Proficient typing skills is a MUST (this will be tested and is very necessary)
  • The ability to construct and implement public speaking presentations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Publisher
  • The ability to work in a team setting to accomplish large projects and to hit company goals
  • Self-motivated and driven by the desire to succeed
  • Problem solver- able to think on their feet



  • A college degree in marketing, sales, relevant degree or thorough industry experience
  • Some graphic design experience is recommended by not mandatory
  • Seasoned traveler- Understanding the logistics behind the travel industry
  • An understanding and appreciation for other cultures
  • The ability to book flights, hotels, rental cars while adhering to a strict budget
  • Speaking another language is helpful but not mandatory



  • $30,000 base salary
  • $18,000-$25,000 annual monthly commissions- determined by meeting monthly quotas
  • Year-end bonuses/commissions for meeting and exceeding team quotas
