As a senior level leader at CRISTA Ministries, the Facilities Director leads a team responsible for maintaining the structures, grounds, utility infrastructure and the corporate area interior cleanliness. The Facilities Department provides advice, counsel
and recommendations to the Vice President of Facilities and Construction Management and to the Ministry Council regarding new construction, alteration, remodel, repair, and other facilities and grounds issues. The Facilities Director prepares and manages the
annual departmental budgets for maintenance, grounds, custodial and utilities. Responsible for keeping the rental houses owned by CRISTA in good repair and rented.
