Minimum Qualification: At least 21 years of age. Licensed by the state of Georgia as an LAPC, LMSW or LAMFT or fully liscensed by the state of Georgia as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT. (LAPC, LMSW, and LAMFT are responsible for providing their own clinical supervision that is required for their licensure.) Clinical assessment skills, experience providing services under Georgia Medicaid guidelines and CAFAS trained.
