Job Description:



The myCollegeLaunch Account Manager assists in building the trust of new accounts, provides on-going training and support for the accounts and collaborates with interdepartmental staff for the ultimate purpose of account success.


Essential Duties


    1. Prepare sales presentations and conduct live and web based webinars to promote the myCollegeLaunch product;
    2. Provide expert educational advice, answer specific product related question;
    3. Develop relationships with clients; ask for their feedbacks and provide reports for purpose of enhancing the quality of service;
    4. Conduct reviews on accounts on regular basis to evaluate clients’ demands and usage of account; determine types of services/products and prices/fees satisfying the clients’ needs as well as the organization’s objectives;
    5. Conduct weekly review of promotional activities to enhance the motivation and identify development potential to maximize the profit of the organization and clients’ satisfaction;
    6. Receive and answer calls from the clients or client service units in relation to the clients’ requests or questions;
    7. Participate in interdepartmental team meetings, promote unity and solve problems which limit or hinder quarterly objectives.
    8. Travel periodically to the account location for quality assurance and product promotion.


Job Requirements: Required Skills

    1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    2. Outstanding customer service skills.
    3. Two-three years sales experience preferred.
    4. Educational or curriculum sales in school markets preferred.
    5. Two-three years sales experience preferred.
    6. Basic understanding of product development.
    7. Exceptional computer confidence and familiarity with programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Skype, Google Documents and more.
