The Director of Retreats is a full-time, year-round position with the overall responsibility of Cho-Yeh’s retreat ministry. As an integral part of the management team, this position reports directly to the CEO. The primary responsibility of this position
includes; working with the management team to cast and execute overall vision of the retreats ministry; hiring, training and leading the retreats & reservation team; fostering a culture of excellence in customer-service; overseeing sales, marketing strategies,
budget planning and operations of the retreat department; and building long-term relationships with customers.
Qualified candidates should possess the following: Be a committed believer in Jesus Christ; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years customer service experience; 3+ years management experience; Strong administrative and management skills; Effective staff development,
training and coaching skills; passion for developing, discipling and leading college age event staff; PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills; Ability
to work with diverse personalities, good reasoning and problem solving abilities, sound judgment, resourceful and well organized. Camp, hotel, recreational, park, or other related industry experience desired.
