Job Description:

Seeking a Deputy General Counsel to oversee day-to-day management of the SP Legal Department and also provide guidance and counsel with respect to corporate transactional, employment, intellectual property, corporate governance, and international legal matters. The successful candidate will possess a strong desire to use their legal skills in furtherance of the mission of a Christian international relief organization, and have ten or more years’ relevant experience. Prior in-house experience, and experience working in developing countries is required. Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar. Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies is preferred. The selected candidate maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
