We are hiring a candidate to enter a MIT (managers in training) program and within 9-12 months take over and lead a full store unit in Memphis, TN. Business owner wants a strong leader who can confidently own the P&L, customer service, operations and the leadership
and development of a team to fully run a small business unit. This leader would have the opportunity to lead multiple units/ develop multiple teams as well. The company values integrity, phenomenal customer service and Christ-like leadership. No prior automotive
experience is needed- just a great leader!
Role as a manager:
- Lead a team of anywhere from 6-10 men (depending on the size of the service center)- great life on life opportunity for impact
- Design training for the team weekly and lead team meetings
- One on One's with team members monthly
- Be responsible for delivering company culture to the Service Center
- Deliver phenomenal customer service through the team
- Be greatly supported by senior leadership who value their employees building people!
- Year 1 $45,000-$55,000 (training year as a Manager- based on experience)
- Year 2 $55,000-$75,000 (As a Manager of a stand alone unit/ Based on Performance)
- Year 3- Compensation will grow based on performance of location and/ or promotion to multiple units as Senior Manager/ Operations Manager
