We are a design and manufacture company out of Everett, WA, providing the hospitality industry with high-quality innovative products. We are a young company that is growing fast and looking for individuals who are energetic, creative, and self-motivated to add to the growth of Electric Mirror.

Junior Executive Assistance

Job duties:
• Support CEO and with their personal and business calendars
• Coordinate and prepare meetings
• Arrange travel itineraries
• Maintain office vendor relationships and supplies
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports
• Update and maintain the client database
• Phone coverage and relay accurate messages
• Support with general administrative duties as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Detail-oriented to proofread letters and legal documents
• Be a self-motivated team player and effective communicator
• Be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision
• Be able to anticipate needs and demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Possess a pleasant phone manner and a positive attitude.
• Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• 1-2 years of prior administrative experience preferred.
• Be eager to learn and willing to take on more responsibility,
• Be able to manage sensitive information and act in the best interest of the firm,
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic,

Salary: $12/hr

Required Education: High School graduate. College education preferred.
