We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive with high level experience in Call Center Operations, CRM, strategic planning, execution and service delivery to lead a large and very dynamic team in a high energy, fast paced environment. Healthcare
Insurance and claims management experience a plus.
You will find this to be a highly creative, bright and energized team of exceptional people. The COO will be responsible for supporting the mission and the vision of the organization as well as working closely with the CEO in the implementation of the organizations
strategic development plan. The COO's primary focus will lie in establishing and optimizing the organizations day to day operations as well as being responsible for ensuring that operational service levels meet and surpass the ideals of the "customer experience"
as defined by the CEO and the Board of Directors. The COO will need to be a very strong leader that is comfortable in matters of faith and be able to demonstrate talents that will actually show their ability to do something meaningful in the lives of others.
Qualifications and personal traits: Minimum 10 years in leadership and management positions, high degree of technical proficiency to include a working knowledge of CRM, Call Center and Claims Management applications as well as emerging social networking technologies.
Must embrace and understand these technologies as well as find creative ways to apply these technologies in support of the companies stated goals and growth initiatives. Must possess broad strategic skills and be able to execute on the plan. Must be able
to demonstrate a history of planning, implementing and delivering on defined goals and strategic objectives.
Spiritual: Must be able to demonstrate and model of personal spiritual discipline. Will need to be comfortable with prayer.
